Terms And Conditions

1. Services Offered

LED Screen Rental Toronto provides LED screen rental services for events, including indoor/outdoor LED walls, mobile screens, and related audiovisual equipment. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation of booking.


2. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the event.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.


4. Equipment Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the event will be charged at full replacement value.

  • Equipment must not be moved or operated by unauthorized personnel.


5. Setup & Access Requirements

  • The client must ensure that event sites are accessible and ready for setup as per the agreed time.

  • Additional fees may apply for waiting time, overtime, or obstacles not disclosed during the planning phase.

  • Adequate power supply and weather protection (for outdoor events) must be provided by the client unless otherwise arranged.


6. Liability

LED Screen Rental Toronto is not liable for:

  • Delays due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances).

  • Any injury, property damage, or losses caused by misuse of rented equipment.

  • Technical failures resulting from power issues or third-party interference.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LED Screen Rental Toronto and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal or business information with third parties, except as required to complete your booking or as mandated by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.


10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
